Cushing's disease
Cushing's disease Cushing's disease is also known as hyperadrenocorticism. It is a disease that results from an increase in corticosteroid secretion from the adrenal gland.

Disease

Comedone
Commonly know as black heads or white heads. This is where a hair follicle becomes plugged with sebum. When the lipid or sebum is exposed to the environment it is oxidized an turns black (black heads). When the follicle is closed and not exposed to the environment they are cream colored (white heads).

Cetrotide is a gonadotropin releasing hormone that helps control hormonal responses in women's body affecting the development of eggs. Cetrotide is blocking the trigger effect of GnRH. This blocking action stops the premature LH surge in women undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation before they begin. In doing so, this allows eggs to reach the level of development needed for fertilization.
